Mr. Weinberg is a Sam Dan (3rd degree black belt) and a certified instructor by the World Tang Soo Do Association; he conducts the Tuesday class at Center City Karate from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.Mr. Weinberg, an author and editor, is Professor of English at Community College of Philadelphia. He lectures and presents research in Medieval Studies and Forensic Linguistics. In this latter capacity, he is a member of the Vidocq Society, a pro bono organization of forensic experts devoted to the solution of cold case homicides. In that capacity, he has worked on and assisted in the solving of a number difficult cases. Currently he is doing research on forensic interviews involving deaf "persons-of-interest".
